There are 9 missions, if I recall correctly. So even if each mission only had 7 runes, you'd have 59 runes total. Even if the 19 powers you can buy were all 3 runes, you'd only need 57 runes to buy them all. The world gets weirder every day.

Delilah with her witches, Granny Rags with the torturer, and Daud with his whalers. But that shared powers have limitations. In the case of the whalers, they can blink the same long as Daud, also they share poison resistance and other powers as in the DLC Brigmore Witches. But these powers come from the mark of Daud.
